Develop and manage a comprehensive people communications storytelling and content agenda that identifies, shapes, and curates internal and external narratives showcasing American's people, culture, and employee experience across multiple channels.
The role is a part of the corporate communications team within our global engagement group.
Partner with our people organization, facilitating communications to ensure team members are familiar with the organization's policies, goals and expectations. Serve as a strategic counselor to the businesses you support. Oversee communications strategy for multiple areas. Lead a team of communications professionals. Develop relationships and growth for the team.
