Note : Must have 2-3 years of recent skilled homecare experience. Prior acute care experience. Prior Oasis documentation experience Must have acute or long-term care experience and skills.

Patient Ratio Experience : 1 : 6 daily

Charting System : Required, Oasis

Travel Experience Required : Yes

Note : Must have prior recent skilled home care experience.

Certfications : BLS

Current valid driver's license and auto insurance., Dependable vehicle

RN MD nursing state License or Compact nursing state License required
