Position Overview

As an Experienced Residential Electrician, you will work directly with residential customers across the Bay Area, performing installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, professionalism, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair residential electrical wiring, components, and equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical faults using appropriate testing devices
• Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and electrical code specifications
• Inspect electrical components, including transformers and circuit breakers
• Install outlets, switches, panels, lighting systems, and fixtures
• Perform advanced electrical services such as:
• Overhead and underground power supply work
• Single- and three-phase electrical panels
• Meter replacements
• Running data and low-voltage cables
• Document all work performed in the ServiceTitan system

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a residential electrician
• Ability to test and diagnose residential electrical systems
• Ability to read and understand electrical blueprints and diagrams
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle
• California Electrical License (preferred, not required)

Work Location & Schedule

• Report to the Burlingame office each morning
• Dispatch to assigned routes throughout the Bay Area
• Return to the office at the end of each workday

Compensation

• $33–$65 per hour, based on experience and knowledge
• Overtime opportunities (some anticipated)
• Additional incentive pay available
• Estimated annual earnings: $69,000–$135,000+, before overtime and incentives
