ATI Advisory is seeking a Director to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of policy, strategy, and client delivery and who is motivated by the opportunity to influence how the health system serves people with complex needs.

What You'll Do

• Drive high-quality project work for state Medicaid agencies and other Medicaid-aligned clients.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of Medicaid policy and operational principles to project work.
• Conduct Medicaid policy research, assess state program environments, and develop practical recommendations.
• Analyze legislation, regulations, and policies and assess implications.
• Create polished, client-ready deliverables.
• Lead and manage multiple complex projects.
• Identify new scopes and opportunities to provide value for clients.
• Manages, mentor, and coach staff and / or project teams.
• Contribute to ATI's thought leadership.
