Regional Director of Therapy based in New Mexico!

Must reside in New Mexico to be considered or willing to relocate within 30 days of offer.

Will oversee daily operations of 10-12 SNF across New Mexico.

Must be a licensed therapist or therapy asst. in the state of New Mexico or another state and obtain New Mexico licensure.

Must be able to travel 75-90% of the time.

Prior SNF / LTC multi site experience is required.

Position Description

Responsible for the following managing and directing the rehabilitation services within the SNF including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy. With support from the COO of Rehabilitation Services, the position will oversee, direct and coordinate operational activities and programs associated with the day-to-day operations of the Rehabilitation Services through the delivery of cost-effective and quality services. Expected to exercise management responsibility over the areas ensuring efficient services that are designed to meet the needs of patients, physicians, clinical partners, and staff.
