Restoration Technician Content Supervisor

We're looking for a Restoration Technician Content Supervisor who's ready to lead, learn, and laugh a little along the way.
As a Restoration Technician Content Supervisor, you'll take charge of our contents division making sure customers' belongings are handled with care and our projects run smoothly.
You'll:
- Create an awesome customer experience and ensure every client feels taken care of.
- Lead and motivate your crew of Restoration Technicians with clear direction and positivity.
- Oversee and perform content services (pack-out, cleaning, storage, and pack-back) while keeping quality top-notch.
- Keep safety front and center identify hazards, implement controls, and make sure everyone goes home safe.
- Manage materials, equipment, and labor like a pro.
- Keep detailed and accurate job files to support the work performed.
- Communicate daily with your manager and office team about project updates.
- Coach, mentor, and train your team to grow their restoration skills.
- Maintain vehicles, equipment, and facilities (we like our stuff clean and ready to roll!).
- Jump into new training opportunities to build your restoration expertise.
What we're looking for:
- High school diploma or GED (IICRC certifications are a plus!).
- 3-5 year of experience in restoration.
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Great communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs. regularly (and up to 100 lbs. with a buddy).
- Comfortable working in tight spaces, at heights, and around various environmental conditions.
