Job descriptionManage groups Basic account troubleshooting Add / remove users Reset passwords Troubleshooting Windows 11 issues Handling upgrades and migrations Imaging, installation, configuration Diagnosing VPN drops Citrix login / application issues Helping users connect CompTIA A+, Network+ Mobile device support USB / PXE imaging Smart-Hands experience (network room assistance, cable tracing, access points, etc.)
Location : Corning, NY Onsite
Rate Range : $18-20 / hr.

Job Description
Candidate Requirements
- 1+ years of IT support experience is required.
- Open to recent graduates , but must still have minimum 1 year of hands-on support experience.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow is highly valued by HM.
- Must demonstrate good work ethic , reliability, and strong listening / communication skills .
- Background in customer support is acceptable if they can transition into IT support.
