Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Eastern Lake County for a Property Maintenance Manager. Looking for a reliable Maintenance Technician / Handyman to join our property management team. This role will be hands-on and requires knowledge of building systems. This is a proactive role focused on problem-solving, time management, and maintaining well-run, resident-friendly properties.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance, assist with move-in / move-out tasks and complete basic repairs across all building systems
• Respond to resident requests and work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate and meet with vendors to perform more technical and larger repairs / improvements
• Be available for weekend and after-hours on-call emergencies
• Troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently with minimal supervision
• Schedule and coordinate preventative & seasonal maintenance
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment throughout the properties
• Keep track of daily tasks and hourly allocation to properties
