Job Description

• Serve as the primary liaison between businesses and customers.
• Excel at matching customer skills / interests to open positions.
• Maintain up to date knowledge on the local labor market.
• Be able to communicate these complex ideas and processes to business leaders, community agencies, etc.
• Generate job leads for participants that focus on Career Pathways and life sustaining employment.
• Present various program services to business, such as : WIOA, OJT, ITA, Paid Work Experience, etc.
• Coordinate Paid Work Experience opportunities for participants in conjunction with business needs.
• Collect data and generate reports
• Enter all relevant participant and business engagement data within the system of record
• Assist with removing barriers for participants and for employment.
• Other duties as assigned
