A company is looking for an HR Coordinator to support the People team across all stages of the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
Coordinate terminations, exit interviews, and partner with Finance for equipment returns
Administer and improve the performance review process and assist with promotion frameworks
Required Qualifications
2-5 years in HR, People Operations, or similar roles
Experience working in a startup or fast-growing organization
Familiarity with HRIS tools and onboarding platforms
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Experience with performance review processes is preferred
