Hospitalist Physician

Inland Valley Surgeons of SoCal , a physician-led, multi-specialty surgical group, is actively seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hospitalist (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to join their growing team. This position offers a unique opportunity to provide high-quality outpatient primary care while also participating in inpatient rounding for general surgery patients at affiliated hospitals. Position Highlights Employment Type : 1099 Independent Contractor or W2 Employed (Flexible) Schedule : Full-Time (Part-Time available) with flexible hours Location : Primary clinic in Montclair, satellite clinic in Covina, CA Care Setting : 50% Outpatient clinic with 50% inpatient rounding for general surgery patients Candidate Eligibility : Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Compensation & Benefits Starting base salary : $270,000 / year (W2, negotiable) Open to productivity-based compensation models Supportive multi-specialty, collaborative environment Access to state-of-the-art surgical technology Ideal Candidate Comfortable with both outpatient primary care and inpatient rounding Bilingual skills and procedural capabilities are a plus Clinic & Practice Details Clinic hours : Monday-Friday, 7 : 30 AM 5 : 30 PM (Lunch 121 PM) The group supports hospitals including Emanate Health , Pomona Valley , and Prime Healthcare .
