You will have opportunities to work in different industries with direct access to partners and other subject-matter experts. Responsibilities

• Provide high-level review of federal and multi-state income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts and its related income tax work papers
• Build technical competence by keeping up to date on trends, developments and technical authorities, and applies them to client situations
• Work closely with clients to advise on income tax issues and tax planning
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Responsible for meeting engagement timelines and budget guidelines
• Oversee planning and scheduling of client engagements
• Provide job status updates to upper management and / or partners and client personnel in a timely manner
• Supervise engagement teams and ensure a high quality work product is delivered to the client
• Research technical and complex tax issues
• Manage, coach, and provide ongoing feedback to Seniors and Staff
• Train and teach junior team members to develop their technical skills
• Participate in recruiting events, facilitate training, or get involved in firm initiatives as needed
