Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for a variety of activities in the Human Resources Department, including Employee Relations, HR Compliance, Employee Engagement, Training, and Recruiting.

Education :
B.A. / B.S. in appropriate Human Resources, Business or Psychology discipline preferred. Human Resources certification preferred.
Training and Experience :
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a broad range of Human Resource functions preferred. Must have demonstrated skills in understanding and supporting the team concept, active listening, problem solving and maintaining confidentiality. Past experience with an HRIS system preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
