Looking for a Medical Assistant that wants to be part of a specialty service office. Job consists of surgery education, patient chart prep, intake, procedure assisting, and general clinical office duties.

Responsibilities include assisting with the examination and treatment of patients under the direction of a provider, performing treatments ordered by provider as supervised by provider or registered nurse, performing select clinical duties, interviewing patients, measuring vital signs, and recording information on patients' charts. Additionally, the role involves preparing treatment rooms for examination of patients, performing basic clerical duties, performing basic materials management functions, assisting with maintaining a clean and orderly environment, documenting the provider's encounter with patients, and transcribing patient orders.

Requirements include BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required, Medical Assistant obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date required, and a High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
