Texas Licensed Paralegal

A company is looking for a Paralegal to support legal and claims professionals in managing insurance-related legal matters.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare legal documents and conduct in-depth research on regulations and case law

Manage case files and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal insurance regulations

Facilitate communication between attorneys, clients, and internal teams for efficient claims resolution

Required Qualifications

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or related field

Paralegal certification from an ABA-approved program is required

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably in property and casualty insurance

Strong knowledge of insurance regulations and legal procedures

Bilingual (English / Spanish) proficiency is a plus
