Job Requirements :
Experience / Skillset :
At least 5 years of multi-unit leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or food service industry.Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.Proficiency in P&L management, budgeting, and financial planning.Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration across all levels of the organization.Willingness to travel between multiple locations as needed.Education : A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
