Job Requirements :

Experience / Skillset :

  • At least 5 years of multi-unit leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or food service industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in P&L management, budgeting, and financial planning.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration across all levels of the organization.
  • Willingness to travel between multiple locations as needed.

    • Education : A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
