Pay : $17.00 – $20.00 / hour (DOE)

Trapper's Sushi is growing our kitchen team in Tacoma, Washington! We're looking for a dependable and hardworking Dishwasher who takes pride in keeping things spotless and running smoothly behind the scenes.

Dishwashers are the backbone of our kitchen - making sure every plate, utensil, and prep tool is ready for service and every shift ends cleaner than it started. If you're reliable, team-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do

Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment

Keep dish area, sinks, and floors clean, organized, and hazard-free

Assist with trash removal and recycling as needed

Restock clean wares to appropriate stations and storage areas

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleaning standards

Support kitchen prep and cleaning tasks as assigned by management

What We're Looking For

Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred, but not required

Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
