Responsibilities for the Payroll Specialist :
- Process weekly payroll for field and office employees using Viewpoint
- Ensure compliance with union agreements, prevailing wage laws, and multi-state regulations
- Maintain accurate employee records and job costing allocations
- Collaborate with HR and Accounting to resolve discrepancies and support audits
- Generate reports and assist with month-end close
