Schedule : Full-time| Monday-Friday
Work Location Status : Fully on-site for the first 30-90 days at the Collinsville, IL branch. After successful completion of probationary period, position may be eligible for hybrid work.
Employees in hybrid or remote roles may be required to return on-site periodically for meetings, events, or other work-related needs as determined by their manager.About the Role
The Servicing Representative supports Scott Credit Union's operations and member services by managing daily reports, correspondence, and programs such as Courtesy Pay and Collateral Protection Insurance. This role processes transactions, assists with loan and title management, coordinates with vendors, and ensures accurate member account handling while supporting smooth department operations.

Manage Courtesy Pay program. Process daily Courtesy Pay reports, close member debit cards and shares and assign calls to Collections Consultants. Compile, process and save reports such as delinquency, Courtesy Pay, Collateral Protection Insurance (CPI), titles, and assist with completing board reports.Manage Collateral Protection Insurance program. Process weekly and bi-weekly reports for billing and refunds. Respond to requests from third party insurance vendor. Work with third party and members to resolve information disputes.Manage Operations Synapsys queue. Process lien release, name change, account closure and miscellaneous document submissions. Complete IRA and Share Certificate requests. Handle Death notifications and Credit Life Claims.Manage SCU's Electronic Cash Management program. Process web-based payment registration, return payment items, payment authorization and cancelation.Post funds to member accounts for loans, bankruptcies, collection agencies, insurance companies, and other accounts as applicable.Complete insurance company requests for total loss guarantee and process total loss payments.Submit information to third party vendors for CHESX, credit bureau corrections, and collections and internal research.What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent.General office experience to include typing, answering phones, photocopy, and fax.Personal computer experience with emphasis in Microsoft Word and Excel.Is This You?
