Position summary

Our opening managers are responsible for the sales performance and success of the studio. The job encompasses day-to-day lead generation, tracking, and membership sales, and ensuring the studio is opened at 5am each weekday.

Responsibilities

• Manage and exceed sales and retention expectations
• Lead, train, motivate, and manage all staff to represent SPENGA
• Sell memberships and retail
• Retain and increase client participation
• Submit accurate and timely reports
• Plan and promote entertaining and productive events through community outreach and business partnerships
• As a SPENGA ambassador, promote, sell, and add to the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio
• Lead all sales aspects of the business including lead generation, grassroots marketing, establishing business-to-business relationships, and lead tracking
