Lead the Commercial Engine of O’Neal Steel in St. Joseph, MO

A day in this role

• Morning : Coach inside sales reps during a pipeline huddle, fine-tune pricing strategy, and align targets for revenue, margin, and growth. (This team may also include outside sales representatives.)
• Midday : Visit a fabrication customer, host a relationship lunch, and resolve a service issue with professionalism and urgency.
• Afternoon : Partner with Operations and Purchasing to confirm lead times, accuracy of quotes, and on-time delivery commitments.
• Late day : Review competitor activity and market trends, identify new account opportunities, and plan outreach for the St. Joseph territory.
