World Wide Technology is looking for an Operational Change Management Specialist

This role is part of a strategic resourcing initiative and is a contract position. The selected candidate will support a confidential client and will be employed by one of our preferred partners. The partner will provide full compensation and benefit information prior to employment.

Rate / Salary : A reasonable estimate of the current pay range for this position is $55.00 to $70.00 hourly (W2 / C2C). Actual pay will be based on a variety of factors including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs, and will be set by your employer. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in base pay.

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Operational Change Management Specialist to support transformation initiatives across global workplace, sustainability, and real estate programs.

In this role, the selected consultant will work directly with a WWT client, supporting their internal teams and business objectives. While the position is facilitated by our strategic resourcing team, the consultant will be employed by one of our preferred partner organizations, which will provide complete details regarding compensation and benefits before employment.

Position Overview :

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and skilled communicator, capable of driving adoption of new systems, processes, and organizational changes across diverse business units.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute change management strategies and communication plans.
  • Partner with project teams to assess change impacts and deliver targeted interventions.
  • Lead stakeholder and impact analysis for technology deployments and operational transformation.
  • Create and deliver training materials and communications tailored to global audiences.
  • Facilitate workshops, briefings, and town halls.
  • Track and report change adoption metrics and organizational readiness.
  • Liaise between leadership, IT, HR, and Communications teams.
  • Promote continuous improvement and embed change management principles into operations.

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience in organizational or operational change management.
  • Proven success in leading change enablement for technology implementations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience creating visually engaging training and communication materials.
  • Familiarity with Prosci ADKAR or similar frameworks.
  • Excellent organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Background in workplace services, facilities, or corporate real estate.
  • Experience with enterprise systems such as workplace platforms.
  • Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field.
