The Clarity Administrator is needed to fulfill a contract opening with our client. The client hs implemented Clarity PPM solution for its enterprise. The contractor will ensure that the planning, analysis, design, implementation, training and adoption of the Clarity solution moves forward smoothly as planned, while addressing the needs of key stakeholders.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the technical administration to incorporate current and new PPM processes into Clarity
- Partner with teams to identify client's requirements for Clarity
- Represent and ensure client's interests in the implementation in partnership with the vendor
- Develop adoption plan, adoption metrics and reporting of the same
- Develop / customize Clarity documentation and other training materials to meet approved client needs
- Conduct training to user community (Train the Trainer approach)
- Provide Technical and Administrative User Support
- Other duties as assigned
