Assembly Operator

Staffmark is hiring an Assembly Operator in Lake Forest, CA! If you're detail-oriented, dependable, and ready to grow in a hands-on manufacturing environment, this is your chance to join a team that values precision, safety, and teamwork.

Pay : $22.00 / hour

Schedule : 1st Shift | Monday-Friday

In this role, you'll support manufacturing builds, assist with process development, and ensure products meet the highest quality standards - all while working within a clean, organized production setting.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing builds and assembly processes
• Read and follow detailed instructions, blueprints, and specifications
• Align materials and assemble components into complex units
• Assist with prototype fabrication and testing fixture development
• Cross-train in other areas as needed to support production goals
• Inspect and verify output quality to ensure compliance with company standards
• Maintain a safe, clean workspace and follow all safety policies and procedures
