Summary : We are seeking a BIM Specialist with deep expertise in Tekla Structures to support and advance our digital design and modeling capabilities. The ideal candidate will lead efforts in developing and implementing innovative BIM workflows that optimize business processes, drive efficiency, and deliver measurable value. This role focuses primarily on Tekla-based modeling and automation, with exposure to 3D tool integrations and cross-platform collaboration.

Essential Duties :

• Collaborate with design and project delivery teams to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient BIM modeling aligned with project goals and budgets.
• Help Develop innovative CAD and BIM software solutions that optimize business processes.
• Automate & streamline BIM – both internally within Kingspan, and externally with clients (e.g., Architects, Designers, Cladding & Structural Steel contractors).
• Help make it easier for customers to do business with Kingspan and facilitate easy specification and use of Kingspan products with the architectural design community.
• Provide Technical Support to customers who use TeklaStructures for designing, detailing, and ordering.
• Provide Technical Support, assistance, and training to internal teams on the use of both standard and bespoke solutions, including TeklaStructures
• Manage and maintain our library of available 3D BIM content on various platforms (Tekla, Revit, IFC) – including content creation.
• Help specify, test, and manage Kingspan’s online BIM component configurator
• Keep up to date with all CAD and BIM technologies, legislation, and best practice.
• Represent Kingspan at BIM events and seminars.
• Work closely with key customers and designers to research current best practices, receive feedback, and help with strategic company decisions regarding CAD and BIM interaction.
• Help manage Kingspan BIM content on various hosting platforms
• Follow the Group Code of Conduct and Group Compliance.
• Follow Compliance requirements per “KNA-SOP-1705 Compliance Roles and Responsibilities.”
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
