Job description$2,500 Unlimited Referral Bonus Paid Training & Orientation Rider Program Weekly Direct Deposit Paychecks Paid Holidays & PTO Full Medical, Dental, Vision & Free $25K Life Insurance Insurance costs range from $27 / week to $238 / week depending on family, smoking status, and plan chosen 401(k) With Company Match 100% Employee Owned = FREE RETIREMENT Must be at least 23 years of age Must have CDL A license Must have a minimum of 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience Drivers must live within 30 miles of Tyler, TX Zero tolerance policy on any positive drug / alcohol test results No reckless driving charges No DUI or DWI within 5 years No chargeable accidents in the past 12 months No more than 3 moving violations and / or accidents combined in the past 36 months No driving while license suspended or suspensions due to points Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
