Mayker is looking for a sharp, strategic Client Coordinator

What You’ll Do

Become a Mayker expert with a fluent knowledge and appreciation for our services and products

Field inbound inquiries from new and existing clients, creating a meaningful and timely start to the client journey

Provide clear, strategic guidance on services and products based on each client’s goals and preferences

Create estimates and close orders for clients across all Mayker verticals (events and interiors)

Manage multiple client accounts and timelines at once—staying on top of every detail, deadline, and follow-up

Provide airtight backend support to ensure projects are buttoned up and ready for seamless execution

Support the Client Director with business development research, client prep, and special projects

Who You Are

Strategic and detail-driven. You naturally think a few steps ahead—and catch the things others miss.

Calm under pressure. You’re great at juggling multiple timelines, personalities, and moving parts.

A joy to be around. You’re authentically personable and engaging, with a bright, grounded energy.

Exceptionally organized. You thrive on structure and clarity, and can move fast without losing track.

A thoughtful communicator. Whether written, verbal, or face-to-face, your communication is clear and considered.

A team player. You pitch in wherever needed and aren’t above the little things.

A design appreciator. You understand the value of presentation and the power of a well-considered experience.

Who You’ll Report To

Client Services Director

What to Know

We are looking for a candidate who can work 20-40 hours per week.
