We are hiring for multiple roles, including a Graphic Designer, with remote work options (Pacific / West Coast preferred). This listing covers the role of Graphic Designer within a broader Associate Talent Specialist / Hiring scope for Microsoft & AWS, AI, IT, Functional, Researcher, UX / UI Designer, Product Manager, Creative & AAA Game tracks.

Base pay range : $114,400.00 / yr - $124,800.00 / yr. Final compensation is based on skills and experience; discuss with your recruiter for details.

Role

Position : Graphic Designer

Location : Remote / Pacific Time (PST)

Typical Day in the Role

  • Purpose of the Team : support the executive office with executive-level visual design and communication collateral, including PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership and external conferences.
  • Key projects : contribute to quarterly town halls, conference decks, weekly business manager communications, and deliverables for recognition programs.
  • Operating rhythm : mix of scheduled events (town halls, conferences), routine weekly updates, ad hoc deck creation, and project management for recognition deliverables.

    • Requirements

  • Years of Experience : 10–15 years in Graphic Design or related field.
  • Education : A degree is required.
  • Disqualifiers : inability to take direction, lack of resourcefulness, or poor responsiveness / ownership will disqualify candidates.

    • Best vs. Average & Performance

  • Best : senior-level graphic design experience, executive presence, strong written communication and editing, project management, proactiveness, organization, attention to detail.
  • Performance indicators : ongoing feedback in weekly one-on-ones and responsiveness to feedback.

    • Hard Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 10–15 years' experience with Creative Suite.
  • Minimum 10–15 years' experience with Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.
  • Minimum 10–15 years' experience with project management.

    • Compensation & Benefits

    Salary Range : $114,400 - $124,800 annually. Pay may vary by geography, skills, education, and experience.

    Benefits : medical, dental, vision insurance; paid time off (approx. 9–10 days / year), subject to eligibility.
