Job description

Job Title : Business Development Manager Technology Solutions Company : Epik Solutions Location : Pleasant Hill, CA (Hybrid 2x or 3x a week, depending on business needs) / Ready to travel Experience Level : Senior Level (7+ years) Department : Sales / Growth Compensation : Compensation will depend on experience, with a range of $110,000 $140,000 for full-time, plus benefits including participation in health insurance, vision, and dental benefits; 401K retirement plan; and paid holidays, vacation and sick leave.

For more information, please visit https : / / www.epikso.com / Role Overview : We're looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with a revenue growth mindset to own and grow client relationships, generate new business opportunities, and close high-value deals across our service lines.

You should have deep experience in the U.S.

tech services market and the ability to hit the ground running with a network of decision-makers and a portfolio of opportunities.

Key Responsibilities : Take full ownership of revenue targets and pipeline growth across key verticals Prospect, qualify, and convert new leads into long-term clients Pitch tailored solutions for staff augmentation, custom development, and consulting services Lead the full sales cycle : from outreach, proposals, and presentations to negotiations and closing Leverage your existing relationships to unlock immediate revenue opportunities Collaborate closely with delivery and technical teams to scope and estimate solutions Identify and drive cross-sell / upsell opportunities within existing accounts Maintain a deep understanding of market trends and client needs Represent the company in U.S.

market-facing activities : industry events, networking, and digital channels Accurately manage and report pipeline metrics using CRM tools Requirements : 5+ years of experience in B2B tech business development or IT services sales in the U.S.

Strong understanding of technology consulting, software engineering services, and staffing models Must bring a portfolio of existing client relationships or an active book of business relevant to our service offerings Proven track record of closing mid- to high-value deals ($50K to $500K+) Deep network of U.S.-based decision-makers, ideally in industries like fintech, healthcare, retail, utilities or SaaS Comfortable engaging with C-level executives, Heads of Product / Engineering, and Procurement Experience using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills Self-starter with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset Nice to Have : Experience in a startup or growth-stage tech services environment Familiarity with enterprise procurement, RFP / RFQ cycles Exposure to emerging technologies like AI / ML, data engineering, or cloud-native architecture Success Metrics : Quarterly revenue and margin growth Net-new logos closed Expansion revenue (upsell / cross-sell) Deal velocity and win rates Client retention and satisfaction Epik Solutions is an equal-opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive work environment.
