About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence : Support the Store Manager in maintaining high standards of store appearance, inventory management, and customer service.

- Cash Handling and Inventory : Accurately handle cash transactions, manage inventory levels, and perform daily bank deposits.

- Customer Focus : Foster strong relationships with customers, resolve issues promptly, and promote our products and services.
