Computer & Information Systems Manager - Advanced

SMX is seeking a skilled Advanced Computer and Information Systems Manager to be part of our Information Technology Team supporting NAWCAD at Patuxent River, MD. The position tasking includes evaluating program and / or project IT systems objectives ensuring the systems meet the customer requirements, managing projects for IT systems deployment and operations. Create content and brief customers as required on project status.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Provide advanced level support for virtual and physical networks / computers / servers / appliances or other devices
• Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of IT system objectives
• Analyses requirements, status, budget, personnel resources, and schedules in support of information systems
• Tracks program / project status and schedules
• Plans, directs, and / or coordinates IT systems support activities, projects and programs
