Fund Manager:
On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a Fund Manager for a permanent role. This position is a remote position located in Dallas, Texas.
Fund Manager - Job Description:
The Fund Manager will lead the day-to-day oversight of multiple private fund vehicles within our growing investment platform. This role involves managing fund operations, performance management, and investor relations, acting as a key bridge between investment strategy and execution.
Fund Manager - Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations for multiple funds, including subscriptions, redemptions, capital calls, and investor reporting.
• Manage administrator, auditor, and banking relationships to ensure timely and accurate fund accounting.
• Maintain and refine fund Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across capital movements, reconciliations, and documentation.
• Coordinate statement preparation, reporting cycles, and quarterly close processes.
• Track and reconcile all fund flows, fees, and performance data.
• Monitor sub-advised and internally managed strategies for performance, risk, and compliance alignment.
• Support asset allocation, liquidity management, and performance analytics across portfolios.
• Manage all aspects of investor communication, including capital call notices, quarterly updates, and periodic webinars.
• Partner with internal compliance to ensure adherence to all fund-level and regulatory requirements.
Fund Manager - Mandatory Skills:
• Experience in fund management, fund administration, or investment operations.
• Strong understanding of private-fund structures and NAV reporting.
• Experience working within an RIA, hedge fund, or alternative asset management environment.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and fund administration platforms.
