Home Services Handyman Estimator in Hawthorne CA

This role isnt just about home repairsits about building trust showing compassion and delivering a higher standard of service to every customer every time.

What Youll Do

• Visit client homes to evaluate projects and needed repairs
• Create detailed estimates for labor materials and time required
• Communicate clearly with customers and answer questions on-site
• Work with the office team to schedule approved jobs
• Use company software to record visits and generate estimates
• Represent TruBlue with professionalism and reliability

Who You Are

• 5 years of experience in home repair construction or maintenance preferred
• Understanding of trades (carpentry drywall plumbing etc.)
• Tech-savvy (comfortable using a tablet or phone app for estimates)
• Reliable courteous and respectful in every interaction
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working independently and within a team
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Fluent in English and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation : $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
