Location
Hybrid schedule - three days in-office (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday) at the firm's modern San Francisco office, located within 45 minutes of the Bay Area's major hubs.
Note
Applicants must have at least 7+ years of experience at an RIA (Registered Investment Adviser) and experience managing a team within an RIA setting. Familiarity with custodians such as Charles Schwab and Fidelity is required.

Job Description
Manage and mentor a team of four client service professionals to ensure operational excellence.Collaborate closely with advisors and investment operations to support client onboarding, maintenance, and ongoing transactions.Oversee workflows across custodians (Schwab, Fidelity) to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.Partner with leadership to refine internal processes and improve client experience.Work alongside the reporting team to deliver accurate client data and performance information.Support process improvement projects related to CRM, reporting, and private fund investment operations.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required.7+ years of experience working within an RIA firm (non-bank).Proven experience managing a small to mid-sized team.Hands-on experience with custodial platforms (Schwab required, Fidelity strongly preferred).Familiarity with performance reporting and CRM software (Addepar, Salesforce a plus).Strong problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills.Why You'll Love Working Here
