- Partnership offered after 24 months

- Group has its own hospitalists, so you can stay in the office all day
- Alternate working 4 days for 1 week with 5 days the next; occasional Saturday morning when on call
- Phone call only is once every 2 weeks and 1 : 16 on weekends
- Must be board certified or board eligible (for new grads)
