Position Highlights

LPN Requirements : An active LPN license in the state of practice

Hours : 6pm-6 : 30am; 20hrs / 2wks

LPN Pay Scale : $24.00 - $28.63 - $33.25

RN Pay Scale : $32.00 - $40.00 - $48.00

A Brief Overview

As a vital member of our nursing team, you will deliver exceptional care by :

• Providing resident care through effective communication and collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Developing personalized nursing care plans based on thorough assessments.
• Teaching residents and families about health conditions and self-care skills.
• Evaluating and adjusting care plans to meet changing needs.
• Maintaining a safe and healthy environment by adhering to infection-control policies.
• Ensuring resident care equipment is operational and well-maintained.
• Coordinating admissions, discharges, and transfers smoothly.
• Leading and supporting nursing assistants and other staff.
