Health Management Consultant
Our Commercial Products team is seeking a Health Management Consultant to provide consulting services to help envision, design, develop, implement and support health and wellness programs and capabilities needed for client groups to achieve their organizational objectives. This position supports Account Management and our mid to large commercial clients with their wellness products, wellness strategy, and population health goals in the greater Nashville area. The ideal candidate will have experience in Commercial health management products as well as creating, implementing, and evaluating health and wellness programming. This client-facing role requires strong virtual and in-person presentation skills, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to analyze data, interpret reports, and develop solutions based on identified needs. Candidates must live in the greater Nashville area to travel to Nashville clients. This position offers a Monday-Friday work schedule. Job Responsibilities
- Communicating effectively with clients to build long-term relationships to drive wellness solution strategies that help clients achieve their corporate wellness targets.
- Providing ongoing expertise and consulting to client group leaders and stakeholders regarding all aspects of wellness initiatives, programs, evaluation and promotion strategies.
- Working directly with customers to analyze data, design wellness program solutions, promote engagement, and evaluate effectiveness.
- Monitoring client-specific wellness goals, objectives and performance, and identifying trends and opportunities specific to each client.
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Up to 50% travel required.
Job Qualifications
Education : Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment.Experience : 3 years - Experience in the healthcare industry required.Skills / Certifications
