Machine Learning Engineer

A company is looking for a ML Engineer, LLM Safety & Security.

Key Responsibilities

Develop datasets and models for evaluating LLMs focused on Content Safety and ML Fairness

Research and implement techniques for bias detection and mitigation in LLMs

Collaborate with teams to collect, clean, and analyze large datasets for model performance enhancement

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience

2+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role

Strong programming skills in Python and experience with frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch

Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools like NumPy and pandas

Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical models
