Full Time Infant Teacher

River Road Early Learning Center is accepting applications for a Full-Time Infant Teacher to assist in our young infant classroom.

Responsibilities :

• Working with a team of teachers to ensure classroom ratios are met when staff members need to be out of work.
• Typical hours would be 9 : 30-5 : 30p, Monday-Friday, but could vary to accommodate planned absences.
• Dependable.
• Collaborate closely with classroom teachers.
• Provide guidance and support to children.
• Build positive relationships with families.
• Create a positive learning environment.
• Communicates frequently with children throughout the day, naming objects, actions, using who, what, when, where. and why,  and open ended questions.
• Directly supervises children at all times.
• Uses positive phrasing with children.
