Outbound Lead

Schedule details :

• typical schedule is Monday through Friday, with shifts ranging from 4 to 8 hours in duration between 5 : 00 AM-1 : 00 PM.
• Schedules are rolling, requiring employees to work 5 out of 7 days each week. Specific days and hours may vary based on business needs.
• Previous leadership experience required
• Forklift certification / experience required
• Previous warehouse experience
• Effective communication skills
• Good attitude and strong team player
• Working in cold storage environment
• Must be able to lift 35-60 lbs
• Must be able to operate pallet jack

This job includes but is not limited to :

• Managing a team of Outbound Associates in performing the outbound process
• Overseeing the operations facility
• Stationing associates within the correct spots in the warehouse
• Working independently or in a team to pick, pack, and ship items
• Ensuring packages are sent out for delivery each operating day
• Working independently or in a team to pick, pack, and ship items
• General Requirements

When working in a warehouse environment through Bluecrew, you may be expected to do any and all of the following :

• Working independently or in a team to pick, pack, and ship items
• Safely relocating or repacking inventory items as directed, up to 50 pounds in weight
• Operating machinery or other light equipment as trained in a safe and responsible manner
• Reaching, crouching, bending over, and other physically strenuous activities as required by the immediate supervisor
• Working on your feet at a fast pace for the entirety of the shift
• Comfortable working in an environment where there are forklifts, machinery, large trucks, and other standard or sub-standard warehouse equipment
• There may be a specific dress code, but if it is not listed, please make sure to wear close-toed shoes and pants.
