Are you a strategic leader with a passion for operational excellence in workers' compensation? Paradigm is seeking a Medical Bill Review Manager to lead a high-performing team focused on complex bill review processes and provider engagement. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with in-office presence required two to three days per week at our Tampa office .

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor a team of bill review analysts, fostering a culture of accountability, empathy, and continuous improvement.
• Supervise staff performance, training, and development to ensure alignment with Paradigm's values and operational goals.
• Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment while driving strategic initiatives and optimizing workflows.
