Platform Manager

Web & eCommerce Platform Manager | Hybrid – North Suburbs of Chicago

An established, family-owned global company with a portfolio of premium consumer brands is looking for a Web & eCommerce Platform Manager to own the development, performance, and strategy of its digital platforms.

This role reports directly to the CEO and partners cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and third-party development teams. It’s a great fit for someone who’s equally comfortable writing code, managing contractors, and translating business goals into technical solutions that elevate the customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of company and brand websites (primarily Drupal-based)
• Manage eCommerce and custom digital platforms , both public-facing and internal
• Collaborate with leadership to align web initiatives with overall business strategy
• Oversee DNS configurations, hosting, and site performance
• Work with outside developers and vendors to execute projects efficiently
• Implement best practices across the DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) development lifecycle
