Job description

Job Description

  • Room Patients, triage, obtain / document medical history and chief complaint in EMR
  • Document Allergies and Medications and Obtain Informed consent from patients
  • Scribe and assist provider during exams and procedures
  • Assist skin cancer surgeries, medical procedures and cosmetic procedures
  • Prescription management
  • Patient call backs with pathology results / Schedule excisions
  • Prior Authorizations and Biologics
  • Clean and restock exam rooms / assist with inventory
  • Sterilize Instruments
  • Assist with any administrative duties such as answering the phone, patient questions and scheduling

Qualifications : Qualifications

  • 1+ year(s) of Medical Assistant experience (Required)
  • EMR experience (Required)
  • Dermatology experience (Preferred)
  • Mohs experience a ++++
  • Willing to explore potential future PA candidates needing clinical hours for a gap year.

  • Part-time : Monday-Friday, 1 : 00pm-5 : 00pm

    • Experience :

  • 1 Year Medical Assistant
  • Dermatology experience preferred

    • Education :

  • High School Diploma

    • Certifications / Licenses :

  • Medical Assistant Certification
