Are you a seasoned accounting professional with experience in mineral royalties and oil & gas accounting ? We're looking for a dynamic Assistant Controller / Director of Accounting to join our team!
What You'll Do :
- Oversee financial reporting , royalty accounting , and lease management for our mineral and royalty interests.
- Manage SEC reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure accurate royalty distributions and revenue recognition from oil & gas production.
- Lead the accounting team, focusing on technical accounting and operational efficiency .
- Support audits , maintain internal controls, and drive process improvements.
- Work with our Bolo system to manage mineral interest and royalty payments.
