What You’ll Be Doing

Forging Partnerships : Identify and secure strategic partnerships with solar installers, manufacturers, and technology providers. Own the full lifecycle from outreach to activation.

Driving Activation : Ensure partners sign on and activate our solutions. Work with them to get first installations live.

Building the Engine : Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy, from lead generation to conversion optimization and revenue operations.

Data‑Driven Execution : Define and track KPIs, using data to inform decisions and move metrics.

Ideal Candidate

Scrappy Entrepreneurial Spirit : Self‑starter who thrives in ambiguity and builds from nothing.

Proven Sales & Partnership Development : Experience identifying, negotiating, and closing B2B SaaS and / or clean energy deals.

Strategic & Analytical Mind : Can think high‑level and dive into spreadsheet detail.

Understanding of a 1099 Role : Comfortable with performance‑based, independent contractor relationship tied to installations and activations.

Structure & Compensation

This hybrid position has a performance‑based commission structure. You are paid after an installation is complete and activated, aligned with the company payment schedule.
