What you´ll do
Are you passionate about helping employees achieve long-term financial security? We’re looking for a strategic and experienced Manager, Retirement Benefits to lead the design, administration, and communication of our retirement programs across North America.
In this role, you’ll be a key player in shaping the employee experience around retirement readiness, working across HR, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to ensure our programs are effective, compliant, and well-understood.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Oversight : Manage daily operations of retirement plans including 401(k), RRSP, NQDC, employee share, and frozen DB pension plans.
- Project Management : Support compliance testing, audits, annual filings (e.g., Form 5500), and plan changes related to M&A activity.
- Vendor Coordination : Oversee relationships with third-party administrators, recordkeepers, legal counsel, and auditors to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with Total Rewards, Payroll, Legal, and Finance on plan design and implementation.
- Employee Engagement : Lead communications to North America employees regarding plan enrollment and updates.
- Act as the escalation point for unresolved issues.
What makes you a good fit
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.7+ years of progressive experience in HR or benefits, with a strong focus on retirement plans.Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.High attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality.Clear and effective communication skills across diverse audiences.Experience with audits and regulatory filings.Familiarity with 401(k), RRSP, NQDC, employee share, and DB pension plans.Proficiency with benefits platforms and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Fidelity, Alight)Some benefits of joining Henkel

This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
