Senior Forward Deployed Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, Investigator.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the deployment and configuration of the Open NDR SaaS platform, including sensor setup and integration with SOC tools

Customize detection rules and develop scripts to enhance threat detection and incident response capabilities

Provide hands-on support for customer SOC teams and contribute to product development activities

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in software deployment, systems engineering, or solutions engineering, with 2 years in a customer-facing role

Proficiency in Linux / Unix systems, cloud platforms, distributed computing, and scripting languages

Experience with network security tools and NDR / SIEM integrations

Knowledge of APIs and containerization technologies

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
