KXLY Radio Group / Phase 3 Digital is looking for a Sales Representative to grow and manage advertising business as well as focus on prospecting and closing new business in the Spokane / Coeur d’Alene market. Pay range The compensation range for this role is $45,000 / year - $150,000 / year which includes a beginning guarantee + supplemental pay including commission. Beginning guarantee is $45,000 / year-$72,000 / year depending upon experience. Earned commissions, ranging from 5% to 20% net, based on the product sold, are paid when the 12-month guarantee is exceeded, or are the complete basis of compensation after 12 months. Commissions are paid on a monthly basis as earned. We also offer a $50 / month cell phone allowance.
