Responsibilities :

Assist clients with booking flights, accommodations, cruises, and vacation packages

Provide expert advice on destinations, travel requirements, and itineraries

Manage reservations, modifications, and cancellations efficiently

Deliver professional customer service and maintain strong client relationships

Stay up to date on travel industry trends, promotions, and policies

Qualifications :

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Prior travel, hospitality, or customer service experience is helpful (not required)
