Revenue Cycle Team Lead

A company is looking for a Team Lead for the Revenue Cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and supervise departmental teams and operations

Coordinate account inventories and provide regular reports to management

Design and deliver training programs while maintaining employee records

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

Experience with medical claims billing and / or patient accounting processes required

Proficiency in PC operations and analytical skills

Flexibility with work hours and adaptability to change

Strong leadership qualities
